Thanks for posting this. It is something that I'm sure most of the population is not well-informed about. My boss has CFS (she herself uses that term to describe it, but maybe that's just because it's the term that more people are familiar with), and I don't know how she does what she does and makes it through the day.

Interestingly, she first developed it when she was in Uzbekistan, working for the Peace Corps.
