clean clean clean... i'm now clean. on the outside, at least. yay!

i also bundled up many wire hangers with zip ties. now they'll be easier to store (they came with the house, but I don't use them, as I keep my clothing on plastic hangers).

time to take the recycling down to the dumpsters. woohoo!

i really should be cleaning, but i don't want to. i want to be elsewhere. that generally involves walking, though. *sigh*

it's overcast and not-too-chilly right now... grass is too wet too mow. and i need more brewer's yeast. mmmm, yeast.

bored bored bored

maybe harry potter... hrm, that's a thought. i could go make faces at kevin, then watch the movie.

Hi there! Thanks for the duckling story. :)

Can you 'splain for me the whole Brewer's Yeast thing? I know people take it as a supplement, but why? What does it do for you and how do you use it? Does it come in tablets?

I know a lot of people take it for PCOS (which I have, hence interest), but I've never seen an explanation for why.

Thanks,
Laura
:)

i take it because i have low b-12, i think. or maybe nutritional yeast has b-12. i can't remember, but whatever i buy has b-12. i tend to interchange the two terms, though they are *not* the same thing. i also like the way the yeast i buy tastes. it adds a cheesy flavor to my food without adding fat, lactose, rennet, or stinkiness. ;) i love cheese, but don't always want it.
