PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE AND SCATTERED FLURRIES WILL LINGER ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THE LIGHT PRECIPITATION...LINGERING MOISTURE ON THE ROADS...AND TEMPERATURES MAINLY IN THE MID AND UPPER 20S...WILL PRODUCE AN ICY GLAZE OR MORE COMMOMLY CALLED BLACK ICE. ROADS WILL BE TREACHEROUS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
IF TRAVEL IS NECESSARY...DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION. REDUCE DRIVING SPEEDS...LEAVE PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND THE MOTORIST AHEAD OF YOU...AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION. AVOID SUDDEN BRAKING OR ACCELERATION...AND BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS ON HILLS...BRIDGES...OVERPASSES OR WHEN MAKING TURNS.
