mom loved (and loves) the beatles. the music accompanied every single family trip and a couple tapes just lived in the boat.

she even carried along the solo works on the artists, even though she really preferred the group's work.

wow, i saw the news about george, wrote in my journal about it, then checked my friends list and saw your post. ours aren't word for word, but similar. i just thought that was interesting, that, at almost the same time, you and i were thinking the same thing.
makes the world seem a bit smaller, and i feel less alone.

Yeah. Kellie is also a big Beatles fan, so Im sure shes pretty sad.
I guess my parents are just taking it as part of life, and that even though he is gone the music will be here forever.
