granted, all I know about borscht is that it has beets in it, but I've heard high praises sung of your borscht by a certain exploding cat (whom I will think of as Tommy Tumbleweed for a long time to come) so I am most curious as to what all entails the making of borscht? I love making big pots of soup and have mastered some pretty good ones, maybe I'll try my hand at it...
