i love the counter-meme idea. i'll be interested to see how it turns out. now if only we could find a way to infect the rest of the world with an effective meme that makes people stop sucking so much. i'd be happy for one that gets people to not run over pedestrians when the walk light is on :)
as for the pedestrian-target syndrome... try wearing large hoop skirts... most DC and Maryland car owners fear what we hide beneath them and will slow down. otherwise, make sure you get the license plate number before you pass out. ;) hopefully the driver has insurance.
