rootofnewtzucchini bread is in the oven. i'll rest for a bit and then start thawing the spinach for the spinach dip.
i hope i don't end up with an explosive butt from eating the batter this time. sometimes i'm very susceptible to salmonella, other times i can eat raw eggs with no regrets. either way, it will pass quickly.
