A man police believe is a serial rapist responsible for 31 attacks in California and Washington since 1996 has been arrested after DNA evidence linked him to at least 13 of the attacks.


the fact that people like that exist pisses me off.

Gods. Sounds an awful lot like the "South City Rapist" that terrorized St Louis women for about ten years before being caught. Same MO, too: he used to break into houses.
