Halloween planning
Aug. 16th, 2009 08:41 pmThis October will mark our tenth wedding anniversary. Ronan has already told us what he wants to be and Tom is not on board with a theme (I'm totally cool with that. And Ronan's costume will remain a secret here).
But I feel like we SHOULD dress up. I suppose we could dress as a bride and groom, but eh. I don't know if I feel like it. I suggested tavern man/village idiot and tavern wench, which might be doable.
We never did finish our Dorothy (Tom) and Witch (me) costumes, but Ronan doesn't want to be a flying monkey, so I'm not too keen on trying to sew like a madwoman in the next two weeks (Tom starts grad school soon) to finish those two costumes.
Thoughts? Tom doesn't mind a theme for the two of us. Ronan will do his own thing.
We also can't decide if we'll throw a party (kid-friendly) or just go trick or treating on the Lawn, like last year.
