So, X-rays showed nothing much, just degenerative processes in the lower part of my thoracic spine. That's normal as we age, or so I'm told. ;)
I went to Dr. B. I really don't know why I bothered seeing anyone else. He spent around half an hour attempting to shift a couple ribs and loosen up my T-spine. He says heat/ice for a couple days and naproxen, but then the pain should go away.
You know, he's magical. He non-invasively alleviated
explodingcat's arm nerve problems. He got rid of my sciatica (though I stupidly brought it back). He's just amazing. My pain levels are back down to where they were (slightly faded) yesterday afternoon *before* I was a dumbass and hauled 2/3 of our old kitchen to the curb for a bulk pick-up. (Yes, today has been rather miserable, as was last night.)
Anyhow, there is hope. Maybe I should start seeing his wife for Myofascial Release (trigger/pressure point related massage). If my insurance covers it, I'm so there.
