Addendum

I neglected to mention two very important people in my birth story. One, of course, was explodingcat, who managed to not pass out when he heard me scream like a banshee and grunt like a rampaging warthog. The other was the lovely ez_mo who knew that the banshee warthog was coming and signed up to be my support person nonetheless and stayed with me throughout labor and thereafter until boy brought me supper from home around midnight. I love you both so much. audiorapture, thanks for loaning me your wife.
