I did way too much today.

As a result, I fell down several times while working in the yard. I eventually just rested and let Tom step in and finish.

Here is how to overdo it with fibro.

Went to the city market with explodingcat and nannar.
Came home, dropped off boy, went in Bri's truck to get free mulch.

--right here is my normal limit to exertion--
--but no, I was dumb--

Emptied Bri's truck (he did most of this) into yard.
Swept out Bri's truck.
Went to Starbucks with the guys so that they could eat lunch.
Spread and wet down newspaper in new beds.
Covered wet newspaper with mulch (this is where the collapsing a few times and getting overheated came in)
Put down what edging remained (I was still on the ground, so I just crawled and set the stuff in place while boy carried the blocks).
Raked up Three Sisters plot, planted Strawberry Popcorn.
Rinsed off jericho's grass mat.
Carried tools around back.
Showered.
IY for supplements and nut milk.
Went to PetSmart at the dreaded Sprawllymead to get dog shampoo.
Whole Foods for a couple things and dinner.

Now I'm home. To be fair, I did make boy drive most of the day, so I wasn't a danger to anyone but slowmoving grocery carts.

Somehow, I think I'm gonna manage to hike Pocosin Mission tomorrow. I think I may use my magic wand to turn the guys into sled(ge) dogs so they can pull aleiphein and me uphill.

I just uploaded a bunch of pictures to Flickr. Mostly my garden(s) and the neglected roses.

The roses belong to a former tenant. Being allergic to roses, I stay out of their way and they try to attack me at every possible moment. I don't even spray them with soap to get rid of the aphids. I'm just not a rose person. I do make other folks smell them, though. ;) APHID SNORTING!
