achy breaky body

It doesn't seem like taking my dog to the dog park, hanging out at a playground, and then sitting (actually, I was stretched out on the couch) at a friend's house should be so exhausting.

I'll blame the lack of sleep and my menses. It's as good a reason as the one that actually says "normal activity is exhausting because you have CFIDS, dumbass".

I'm so exhausted, holding the laptop is wearing me out. I must shower, though, and that means I must wait for boy to return home. No sleep without a shower, not possible. Make me sick. Too many allergens.
