Thoughts on Monday
Mar. 7th, 2005 12:15 pmSo, we bought a small wooden stepstool, because my little cushioned footstool isn't tall enough and the big stepstool is too big for me to pull around through the house when I want to put things away. It was only ten bucks and I think that this will help me unpack more quickly, since I'll be able to put things up high.
I need to stain it, though, and couldn't buy stain at Ikea, because it appeared to contain pure evil.
I shouldn't drive today, due to the nasty things the new med has done to my brain chemicals. The new doctor has said the new med is not going to work for me as I'm not meant to have this much trouble with quantum shifting.
Anyhow, I can't drive, but boy thinks he can take an hour after he eats and get us to Lowe's or another hardware store. It's really warm out, so I want to stain the stool, but require stain in order to do this.
I need a level, too. I want to hang the rails I bought at Ikea. I should probably *not* try to operate the drill today, though. Five hours of very interrupted sleep + tremors and jerks = unhappy walls. I can paint on stain with a foam brush, though. Yes, yes, indeed.
