wet day

xiane called me today... we made plans for me to leave in half an hour (after i showered and dressed my slug ass), though it took me nearly an hour to make it over. i inadvertantly snorted my vinegar hair rinse... BURN! i got dressed and grabbed my rainy day purse and my box purse so i could switch contents as i drove.

we flyered, though we had to skip some stuff (it was pouring rain). we also sat and enjoyed our hot, big-ass drinks. she's off talking to a guy about something right now... she's going to try to have stu call me later so i can go pick her up and we can do some grocery shopping.

it was a good day--rainy with lovely company. i carried my monster umbrella, which seemed to amuse most people, though one pothead (who *reeked* of smoke) looked quite disturbed. *giggle*

i'm resting now. i hear my lovely husband doing dishes. he's such a good boy. i don't know what we'll have for dinner tonight, but i'm leaning toward fried baby monkeys.
