someone had chocolate cupcakes waiting for me when I awoke this afternoon.

This may not seem like much, but boy has never baked anything like a cake on his own. And, due to my allergies, he had to make these from scratch. He's definitely a keeper. :)

I made chocolate buttercream frosting. I accidentally doubled the amount of butter, so the icing is wayyyy to rich to eat out of the bowl, but perfect for cupcakes. I'm not frosting them all, just frosting as I eat them.

We're getting ready to drive into town for pizza and flyering with xiane. Yum. I'm wearing my polarfleece dress and legwarmers, since it's cold and windy. We shall be hitting at least one coffeeshop, methinks. Mmmmm, cocoa.
