for dinner tonight--
fried rice
egg rolls
eggdrop-ish soup

this is the first time i'd manage to have GOOD fried rice since the soy allergy hit me. i found a recipe for it and actually used it. ;) first time for everything, i suppose. the egg rolls were filled with cabbage, bamboo shoots, green onions, and carrots. the soup had bamboo shoots, green onion, peas, and egg in it.

and guess who has a clean fridge? i do!

and guess who helped explodingcat feed the Mother-Father tree(s)? i did. we had a LOT of old stuff hidden in the fridge. it's now quite airy in there.

i think i might start writing fresh ingredients and leftovers on the message board on the fridge. that way i know what's in there and what needs to be used up.
