yes, pace turns 21 today. i can remember the day he came home from the hospital, tiny and wee and swaddled in blankets. all he seemed to do back then was drink from a bottle and poop and yell. some things never change. :)

so, i picked channel 9409 on the minidish--RFDTV. supposed to be Big Joe Polkafest, but it's an auction of montana angus, with a live caller.

the video feed is just cattle (some black angus, not all) in a field. at the moment, it's a heifer auction. for awhile, it was young bulls/steers.

boy is enthralled by it. he actually started DANCING.

i'm so amused.

mom just came in and said, "you're scaring the cows."
