• when my husband and father arrive in lanham at 9am, have the franchise dude say "huh. no, we have no trucks. and you're not the first folks to have reservations who stopped in today. weird."


• then neglect to call me back several times while searching for A truck, ANY truck. leaving me no option but to keep the phone line open (unable to call friends to warn them not to come help just yet).

tom left a message at ryder. an hour later, they called back, having JUST received a 15' truck. so, it's in frederick, it's small, but we NEED it, so off he went. truck should arrive in half an hour or so.
