Couldn't finish the article....that's really really sad. I have a handicapped brother and my mom has always been very active with ARC (association for retarded citizens) and stuff and she was doing group home inspections for awhile...until she had to visit one. Her reports were confidential so she couldn't talk about it, but the conditions were so bad she just could not do it anymore. Different type of group home, but still.....*shakes head* How horrible.
