the small grey cat which hides in the shadows got kitty kibble and water tonight. boy wants the cat to become friendly. *sigh* we're going to end up with brave raccoons, i fear.

i told him that if he ever manages to pick the cat up, zie's getting fixed and vaccinated, simply because i don't believe in leaving fertile strays to run about. let's just hope zie doesn't have fiv or another kitty disease.

zie has no collar and looks fairly thin (and is terrified of people), so i doubt zie's someone's (well-treated) pet.

ah, well. zie's not coming inside. and zie better not eat all my beloved toads and frogs.

i hate that there are stray kitties. being outside isn't good for domesticated felines. i can't let kitties inside because my lungs and eyes and skin and immune system would vehemently protest.

*sigh*
