do you dream?
do you remember your dreams?
do you dream in color?
do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?
while dreaming, are you cognizant of the fact that you are merely dreaming? if so, do you take advantage of this?

do you dream?
Vividly.

do you remember your dreams?
Not most of them. I remember the last dream of the night, because I have it just before I wake in the morning.

do you dream in color?
Yes.

<do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?
Yes. I often dream of cooking and of food and drink, and they usually taste very, very good. When I have a sexual dream, I can taste other people when we kiss, taste and feel the texture of their skin.

while dreaming, are you cognizant of the fact that you are merely dreaming? if so, do you take advantage of this?
Sometimes. I can remember nightmares in which I remember telling myself that it's only a dream. I can be awakened while dreaming and go back to sleep and deliberately finish the dream.

Yes to all of the above. But you knew this, since it was our conversation that inspired this pose, I'm sure.

do you dream?
every time i sleep.

do you remember your dreams?
most nights, yes.

do you dream in color?
i have never had a black & white dream and would really love to have one. it would be so film noir-like.

do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?
hmm. good question. now that you mention it, i don't have that sense in my dreams very much.

while dreaming, are you cognizant of the fact that you are merely dreaming? if so, do you take advantage of this?
the more vivid the dream, the more lucid i am and i can tell myself to do different things and go different places..

i remember my dreams vividly. i dream in colour. i'm generally not at all aware that i'm dreaming, but yesterday i had a very weird experience. i dreamt that i was running down the path from my house and i'd fallen in the bushes at the side. now, i knew that i was dreaming about what i was about to do (i'd turned into a man, for a start), but i had a sudden fear that i'd sleepwalked and was even now lying in the bush halfway down the path. i had a sudden really convincing falshback to who i actually am, wearing the clothes i was, with the worries i would have were i in that bush (oh shit, i look really stupid... and if i sleep walked, maybe i left the front door open and the cat will get out and get lost... and if i didn't leave the front door open, i'm locked out.) i could feel the bushes and i was fighting to come properly out of sleep so that i could get myself out of that bush.

but i was asleep on the sofa.

do you dream?

that i know of, more often than not.

do you remember your dreams?

most of the time.

do you dream in color?

most of the time

do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?

i cant remember

while dreaming, are you cognizant of
the fact that you are merely dreaming?

very often.

if so, do you take advantage of this?

if i can.

i can lucid dream a lot of the time
& a lot of those times, my sister
& i dream the same things.

we've been talking about it a lot lately
& are planning on a trip to the library
next week to get some books on dreams
& how to control them. we're both really
interested to learn how it can benefit us.

do you dream?
oh yes! lots of them every night.

do you remember your dreams?
most of the time, the strangest ones happen in the mornings 7-10am

do you dream in color?
oddly no, but its not like i dream in black & white either. i've just never had a sense of color in my dreams. well, actually now that i think about it there was one - but it was a horrible terrible vivid nightmare i woke screaming, sobbing, shaking & covered in tears.

do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?
i'm gonna have to say no, though i've never thought much about this one

while dreaming, are you cognizant of the fact that you are merely dreaming? if so, do you take advantage of this?
once in a while, those are fun!

>>>do you dream?

Frequently -- I'd say every night, but I don't *always* remember dreaming. It's very rare that I wake from a dreamless sleep, though.

>>>do you remember your dreams?

At least for a couple of hours -- longer, if I'm thinking about them or telling someone.

>>>do you dream in color?

Yes.

>>>do you have a sense of taste in your dreams?

Definitely -- taste, touch, everything. Very vivid.

>>>while dreaming, are you cognizant of the fact that you are merely dreaming? if so, do you take advantage of this?

Not normally . . . I wish!! I sometimes wake up and am almost in tears because I realize I've been dreaming :/

Once, when I was a little girl, I was having a nightmare, and I kept telling myself it was a dream, and that I'd bite the pillow and wake myself up . . . I couldn't wake up, and in the dream, 'realized' that it must be real, and despaired of my life . . .

. . . and woke up later with my teeth clenched in the pillowcase.
