It was more or less the Bobby Flay recipe on FoodNetwork's website. I didn't actually measure out the spices and was dumping in what I thought was sweet paprika when I realized it was actually cayenne. So I have an odd balance. ;) It was super tasty. We doubled skewered them to make 'em easy to turn.
Ploughshare had a tasty variety of okra at the market on Saturday. I tend to prefer Clemson spineless because my skin's so darn sensitive, but it's not quite as flavorful. Most of the farmers here grow tastier varieties. I let Tom do the skewering.
