We haven't done breakfast-for-supper in a very long time.

Almond blueberry pancakes
Peaches tossed with cinnamon and nutmeg
Homemade beef breakfast sausage
Maple syrup for me, fake syrup for the hypoglycemic

Very satisfying.

That is totally what I am planning on doing tonight (breakfast-for-supper). We have some really nice sausages and I'm going to make almond and flax pancakes, hopefully with bananas (I have to go and get chives, as well).

Yay for breakfast at night!

Yum! So what recipe do you use for your sausage?

I just went out and grabbed a bunch of garden herbs, minced them, and mixed with with the ground beef. Added salt and pepper and a bit of agave and maple syrup. I also added water. It was too much, so I sprinkled in some maseca to soak it up.

Sounds so good. We need to do breakfast for dinner sometime soon. I do have 10 lbs of buckwheat flour somewhere. Thanks for the idea. yum.

Okay... I really typed my own comment and then looked at the others, even if it doesn't look that way!
