Jun. 11th, 2002 10:10 pmthe ISS just flew past. it was as bright as venus.
i like watching satellites. i spot them frequently, but i don't always plan to see them. today, i actually went out to see ISS/Endeavor. :)
it's humid here, which means that skywatching conditions are fair to middling. it was still neat. it was boy's first time seeing the ISS.
no matter how much older i get, the skies always excite and inspire me.

Re: me too!
spaceweather (http://www.spaceweather.com/) is very cool. :)
from spaceweather, you can go to the subscription service for nasa news (http://science.nasa.gov/news/subscribe.asp?checked=sw). make sure you sign up for BOTH spaceweather and science@nasa.
here>'s an example of a science@nasa url (they send you a text email with a link). they list some other sights besides heavens above. :) (http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2002/11jun_spaceship.htm?list755878) ()
