but maybe not.

I planted a few seeds (mâche, kale, arugula, coreopsis, sunflowers, meadow flowers, butterfly weed) . . .

bought a couple tshirts at sMotherhood . . .

Did a load of wash. How the heck do I remove goodwill stench from clothing? I've soaked it in milk, oxyclean, borax, washing soda, baking soda, vinegar, plain ol' soaps/detergents. . . do I need to go buy calgon? Ugh. I'm tired of wasting water. But whatever is on that stuff makes me break out in hives. gah.

Boy has been sanding trim all afternoon and is now wet mopping the floor. I'll go in there and take down the hooks and window fittings and mirror soon . . . let him wash the walls . . . then take down the outlet covers and tape the receptacles. The windows need scraping--it had fly gunk on there before we moved in and we never had time to take a razor to it. It's gross. Nastifying. I hate it. Time to get rid of it, I suppose.

It would be much easier to work in this house if I'd just cave and turn on the AC.

I turned mine on in case because it cannot get too hot for the ferrets, didn't expect it to go on at all (central air) and it went on twice. jeez

Oh, my little Sir Didimus is going to the vet for an ekg, she feels he might have a heart disorder. it would make sense cause he is so small.

We've been running fans with no luck. Finally yesterday afternoon, we gave up and turned the AC on. For all that it was still lovely outside, the minute the sun came up, our house turned into an oven. Ugh.
