rootofnewtI found the pumpkin cheesecake bar recipe. It was actually in one of my own cooking magazines--the Winter 2003/04 issue of Veggie Life.
I made the bars up in NJ, so I just assumed it was from one of my FiL's magazines. Lucky me--I have it right here!
I'll type it up later. It only calls for two teaspoons of flour, so I think I can easily get away with replacing it.
