how odd. normally, after an hour, the zucchini bread is perfectly done. it's not this time. this is disturbing. i hope they turn out okay. i've put them back in for another 10 minutes--that's how underdone they are.

meanwhile, i have the pita dough in little balls, resting under oiled plastic wrap. i opened and cleaned out a pumpkin, too, which boy is getting ready to carve.

i should eat at some point, i suppose.
