i swam eight lengths, which is 200 meters. I had boy ask how long the lap lane pool was (I keep forgetting). 25 meters. So I swam approximately 1/8 of a mile. ;) Much more impressive that way, never mind that one/eighth of a mile is a miniscule distance. ;) the hot tub helped quell some of my stiffness. i wish there was a way to aim the jets at my neck area, but they're all too low.

i stopped for butter, dish soap, and sushi on the way home. i was craving oshinko kampyo last night, but couldn't locate any. today, i stopped and got some rolls--oshinko, cucumber, carrot. yum.

i need to go eat some more before boy steals them and runs away.
