rootofnewtmaking enchiladas. actually, i made them--they're in the oven now. enchilada sauce (i'm lazy), corn tortillas, cheddar, and i made a filling of black beans, onions, garlic, yellow bell pepper, sweet corn, chili pepper, and summer squash. the filling alone is yummy. mmm, succotash...
i need to go put another load of wash in.
