I've heard about this for a month or so, but never actually seen a picture until now. Three words: Dis Gus Ting. I never want to know anyone who would let this be done to themselves, and if I ever have kids, this will go right under "Don't Do Drugs" on my "rules of the house" chart.
The weird part (weird since I was pretty squicked by that picture) is that you've got a face that would actually be pretty well suited to the forked-tongue thing. Kind of like the Lust Monster.

I confess I don't get the body-mod fad. There are very few decorations I can think of that I'd still like to have when I'm 80 years old. Pierced ears is as far as I care to go.
