rootofnewtoooooof... so tired.
went to town... unloaded the car. (did i mention i woke up at the ungodly hour of 10 AM?)
anyhow. i went to the DMV, where I spent three hours and came away with the dorkiest picture EVER... picked up tom, got to the DMV--he'd left all his ID info and residence proof at the house. so i drove back, left another note for the DISH network guy, and took the stuff to boy, stopping to pick up a sandwich for him on the way. then i ran BACK to the house. oh, and in the course of walking in the house to *get* boy, i thought i'd lost my SS card and birth certificate. when i returned, i found it on the table, though. phew. at home, that is.
anyhow. saw the dish guy. turns out it needs to go on the roof, instead of on the side, so we need to contact the landlord and get new permissions. anyhow... picked up tom. he spent an hour there (only), but got charged 12 bucks to my nine. weird. of course, they also managed to give him a license WITHOUT his SSN, which is what i requested, but later saw mine has my SSN on it. bad, bad, bad.
went to starbucks for hot chocolate, sat and read the paper quietly, then went to pay off the couch, get gas, get some milk, and try to find hangers.
got to the house, grabbed Tim, and went out for pizza. yum. eventually managed to get back here, where i've been working at packing for a few hours.
so tired, so achy.
and tomorrow and saturday are big days. oy.
