Good god, yesterday was apparantly Drinking! Day. Sangria . . . and lots of other stuff. Yummy sangria.

Today, we're thinking of just driving to the mountains. It's too hot to hike and boy is quite fatigued, yet. He still hasn't recovered from Hedwig and the monstrous attack of poison ivy is sapping his meager energy reserves. I offered to drive him up to them thar hills for a bit of air conditioned vehicular respite.

I wish we lived near a beach.
