Mar. 4th, 2004 09:48 amSo far today, I have:
I'm not too upset about the lack of sleep (I went to bed at 3am, lately I've been going to bed at midnight). I have an EMG today and I'm more numb/tingly/zappy when I'm feeling crappy, which I am. Lack of sleep + lots of travel/stress + fibro = achy, zappy jos.
I should shower so that I'm mostly dry by the EMG. Boy also has an appointment today to get his creeping toe ick looked at.
The zanaflex seems to be helping sleep. My pain levels are still high, but I've been travelling. Travelling always makes the pain worse, though I can handle it. I need to try to get myself to the pool tomorrow. Also, I really need to find a latex-free swimsuit. *sigh* I hate breaking out from the leg binding.
I also have the electrical zappy nerve thing. It's interesting. It doesn't make a big difference in my neck/back, but when I hook the electrodes up to my legs, they feel much better the next day.
- woken up at the ungodly hour of 8:30am
- walked a check down to the postbox
- filled the bird feeders
- cleaned out one bird feeder with the hose, discovering in the process that i forgot to take my really nice nozzle off this winter and it broke during one of the freezes
- thought about showering
- made a cup of tea for myself and one for boy
- taken the butter out of the fridge so i can have buterbrodi
