How to induce a flare/crash 101

Today... rest, maybe go to Lowe's.
Saturday... Do laundry, pack.
Sunday... go to DC. the folks at Terrapin Gardens are graciously allowing us to stay with them for a night. we will hang out with Rick & Sarah (and probably Jonah), then head off to the Opeth concert (Yay! nothingoth. see bands. figure out a way to get back to Rick & Sarah's place (we're not parking there Sun night).
Monday... bid adieu to Sarah & Rick (if they have the day off. if not, i will not be awake that early.)... have lunch at Med Deli. kill time... have dinner. head off to see The Gathering (also playing: Agalloch & November's Doom).flynnk and cuppe are also going to see this, along with Jonah. we'll probably drop jonah off, find some food, and then head home. hopefully we'll get home before 4am.
Tuesday? die.
Wednesday? stay dead.
Thursday? possibly self-resurrect
