I finally lobotomized the big pumpkin. Actually, I did this one from below, so it's really more of a lipo job. The seeds are roasting in the oven. When they're done, I'll take some zucchini bread over to red_frog and klwalton, who are apparently in great need of it.

Meanwhile, I've showered and actually gotten dressed... amazing, no?

Did anyone get the season premiere of 24? Can I wheedle a copy out of you? Please? pretty please?

EDIT: I see that it's on again tonight. I'm guessing that this one will be cut (commercials added). If so, I won't be in dire need of a copy, though I wouldn't *mind* one.

did the grocery store marathon with Kathy. we came away with food, food, and food. ran into xiane at Giant. she was on monster grocery trip of d00m!

dropped kathy off, came home... walked down to Stoney's to buy a coke... they replaced the cherry coke in the can machine with vanilla. EW EW EW. i'm glad i was *looking* before i hit the button.

now i'm sleepy and vaguely headachy. i'm going to eat asparagus with sauce (Trader Joe's roasted red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic, mayo, olive oil, garlic) and carve a pumpkin... maybe i'll run out to michael's to get another carving pumpkin (the fake kind) since Teeter and Giant had none of the real ones left.
