i went to the local CFIDS/fibro support group. The ladies there were really nice. There were only three, but apparently more people come during the non-summer months. I'm looking forward to it. They seem like the good type of support group--sharing information and experiences, not whining constantly.

Of course, I've discovered that all the *good* docs in town are not on my insurance.

*sigh*

MAMSI sucks so much. I wish we could afford doing the AETNA out-of-network deductible-based plan.

okay... busy day...

anyhow, flyering was fun. i made a strogonoff mix (simply organic brand) with quorn crumbles. ew, yuck, bleagh. boy said it was good, but quorn doesn't agree with him, so he won't even eat a whole serving (i don't blame him--if it did that to ME, i wouldn't touch the stuff). i gave it to blackradish and xiane to serve themselves and their boys (daq42 and briskpepper).

We now have a rat_bastard. i need to go clean off the guest bed, hang up some laundry, and pack a few items... then sponge bathe my sweaty bits and go to sleep.
