Oct. 16th, 2002 07:55 pmbring a big ol' pot of water to a boil.
toss in some washed dandelion greens.
in a skillet, heat up some veg oil, sesame oil, garlic, crushed red pepper, celery seeds, lemon rind... add the dandelion greens after they boil for five minutes.
in the water (still boiling), which held the greens, drop in two nests of tapioca thread noodles. boil til done (a few minutes), drain, add to the skillet, toss well.
plenty of salt, black pepper, and brewer's yeast to my dish (b/c i need salt and b12).
