woohoo!

quorn has finally arrived on the shelves. now i can enjoy a decent protein source that is quick and easy to prepare.

i grabbed the nuggets... sorta like chicken nuggets in design--breaded and yummy.

while they were baking, i whipped up some barbecue sauce... after tasting the nuggets (first time ever), i whipped up some tartar sauce. YUM YUM YUM.

i'm so happy.
