Six months of Ronan!

Just weighed and measured Ronan.

15 pounds 12 ounces (nekkid)
25 inches (roughly) long
17 inches head circumference

I'll take pictures when he's in a better mood. At the moment, he's irritated with me for the whole weights and measurement gig. And he desperately wants to type. The last time I let him type, he stole the shift key.

He has no interest in crawling. He likes to stand when held up and if you stand him next to something, he'll hold onto it for a few seconds before he tries falling. When sitting, he lunges for toys, then gets pissed off when he ends up on all fours.

He grabs everything within reach. Freezer door. Poodle ears. Pans. His junk. Walls. Mud dauber nests (okay, but he would).

Jericho considers the urchin very special. If I leave the room while Ronan's sleeping, I come back to find one of Jerry's cherished toys in the bed with Ronan. Jericho doesn't willingly share toys, so this is very touching.

The urge to type generally doesn't fade - Kyra is still climbing in my lap to bang on my keyboard. (I'm getting her her own computer shortly to see if that alleviates it.) (= Also, he might never crawl, especially if it makes him that mad. I'm told I never did, but just started walking one day.

Aw, that's very sweet about Jericho sharing his toys. There's something about that innocent love from one species to another that's so very cute, whether it's dogs and human babies or even varying species of pets.
