we saw staton falls (well, from the top. the rocks were *too* treacherous to traverse down today), panther falls (we swam there, actually), and a small cemetery. we also stood on the blue ridge and watched a bright pink sun sink behind the shenandoah range, way across the shenandoah valley. we took the parkway all the way to I-64 (about 45 miles), which was nice. lots of deer, black cohosh blooms, and bugs.

more to come later. we're tired and i need to beg a foot rub.

forgot to pick up my nexium prescription--i hope the heartburn doesn't hit in the middle of the night.

::hugs:: I wanted to make a necklace out of all my old stomach medications. I had these ones in a shade of yellow that looked great with the purple. God, I'm so flaming lol.
