towels all folded (properly, despite boy's sabotage attempts) and put away. another batch of tshirts in the washer, the clothes from the hike the other day are in the dryer.

i made scalloped potatoes for dinner with smoked cheddar. mmmmm...

after boy plays a bit of warcraft, we're going to straighten up our bedroom. then i'm going to finish my falls. meanwhile, more laundry.

it's raining again... *sigh* have headache from sinus pressure. should probably go for a walk to get some caffeine for it. the tea i drank isn't doing the trick. nor is the pseudoephedrine.

tonight, though... Terminal Ready is playing at the dawning! WOOHOO!

a mockingbird chose to serenade us right outside our window at 6am today. i started banging on the window to shut it up, but it didn't work. boy finally got up to find some earplugs. then i was able to sleep some more. since boy hasn't been sleeping well, so he might not go. i never sleep well.

we bought the sevara nazarkhan album this week. i'm so in love. *blissful sigh*

It's actually Warcraft III. a friend of ours (http://www.livejournal.com/~lotsofmonkeys) accidentally bought two copies. he's not sure how, since he doesn't remember buying two. anyhow, he gave his extra copy to boy since we don't budget for video games. ;) this way they can play together via broadband.

Fil (http://www.lotsofmonkeys.com/), boy's generous friend, steadfastly maintains that he has a hobby, not an addiction. we try to stage yearly interventions, but they all devolve into the game du jour...

how do you accidentally buy two copies? that's crazy! they're so expensive! mark plays warcraft III, or as he affectionately refers to it, "warcrack" for its addictive qualities. we don't budget for video games either but warcraft is definitely something he wanted for christmas, so that was my big gift to him. it's been more than worth it!
