curried quinoa salad

Tastiness.
Cook a cup of red quinoa with two cups broth, a sprig of curry leaves, a dried chilli, and a generous helping of a good curry powder. When done, set aside to cool/thicken.
Shell or defrost peas. Dice half a red sweet pepper. Shred a small amount of purple cabbage. Combine with quinoa, splash in a small amount of rice vinegar.
