yummy to the tummy, as my baby furby would say

i just made cantaloupe creamsicles (i guess they're technically muskmelon creamsicles)...

i can't wait til they're frozen. :)

Cantaloupe Creamsicles

Heat 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup sugar over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Puree 1 1/2 cups of 1/2" cantaloup cubes in a blender or food processor until smooth; combine pureed cantaloupe and cream mixture. Pour into 8 3oz popsicle molds; freeze overnight.

i'm going to try the honeydew variation next

*drools* ooohhh - i just happen to have a honeydew sitting in my kitchen. i think i just heard it volunteer to become popsicles.
