i didn't sleep last night very well. :( i'm not sure i'm able to get to physical therapy, much less drive anywhere.

and now that i'm *awake* and have had a good neck rub, I feel much better and more alert. ;) i left a message with helen's brother, but i'm not sure he'll give it to you. i'd love to drive down if you're still available and i'll bring helen's saffron. :)
