(no subject)

i went to bed at a relatively early 1:30 last night... woke up just after 9:30.

it wasn't a terribly restful night and i'm exhausted, but i can't sleep.

that's one problem with melatonin... once there's light in the room, i can't sleep. damn diurnal clock. i could probably hang the curtains and nap away for hours, but that would disorient me.

so i'm going to eventually go shopping. need to shower. i think i'll treat myself to taco bell--never get to eat it now that boy's allergic to corn.

mmmmm... need to stretch. *crackling joints*

that's better.

You are a platypus!

Also, we need to talk to see if my potential dc visit will work out.

I take the melatonin capsules apart and put just a touch of the dust on my tongue.. stuff gives me nightmares otherwise.

i take 1mg tablets, not capsules. if i take more than one, i don't wake up for several hours (especially if the room is dark) *and* i get weird dreams. i know a lot of folks who get nightmares at 3mg, but are more or less okay at 1mg. how much are you taking?

back when I took them (don't right now), when I got nightmares they were those 3mg capsules...
