do you have the urge to cause me to feel great joy and happiness? post pictures of your companion animals. it can be other pet-related things: photos, drawings, anecdotes... real or imaginary. distract me. i love seeing pictures of pets and i sometimes peruse pet photo communities just to say "awwwww"...

don't let me hog all the love, either. feel free to post in your own journal... share the love! fill my friends view with love and joy and good humor!

and while you're at it, vote for Diva, a lovely would-be spokesdog who lives with littledevi! look at that adorable sheltie! i once lived with a sheltie and she was the most loveable dog ever! she loved to jump on my head first thing in the morning while she shared the news (there are trucks across the street! let me herd them! let me let me let me!) every single day. she claimed the couch for her own and managed to look graceful and stupid all at once. she was the most intelligent female to ever play the "airhead" game. she had us well trained. in Duckie's memory, vote for Diva!

i love that cat. the velvety texture of his fur makes him look almost unreal. it's so rich and *perfect*.
