(no subject)

my lower back, right side, *hurts*. i don't know why. stretching hasn't helped.

i'm vaugely nauseated, though i did make myself eat.

i have an appointment with the podiatrist. i *really* don't feel like going. *sigh*

if i'm going to cancel, i should do it in the next five minutes, though i really should go. it's been three weeks since my last appointment.

UTI perhaps?
Try super-hydrating yourself. Thats how my bout with pyelonephritis started out, and I didn't get it treated until I was really sick because I thought I had just slept funny and had a sore lower back muscle. It was pretty low, unlike the classic sign of pyelo (right under where your ribs stop), so I was certain it WASNT a UTI...boy was I wrong.

i've absolutely no signs of a UTI and i've been drinking a lot of water. thanks, though. :)

it's not so bad now, i think i was just achy. i woke up in a fairly twisted and skewed position.

Ah, good you are better now. But just remember, that you don't necessarily need to be symptomatic with a UTI. Subclinical ones are actually more dangerous because you simply dont even KNOW you have one until it gets really really bad, like I did. Pyelo bites the mad crank.
