Okay, went to the Dawning last night. Took a LOT of pictures.

Sadly, I didn't think to take any pictures of myself before I took my hair down. It was done up in what

explodingcat calls "cartoon-octopus" style... two knobs on top of my head (braided and pinned coils) and six braids framing my face. i took the braids out before we got to the dawning, so it was just crimpy hair + coils.

Anyhow, last night, I wanted a silver skirt to wear. I don't have one, evidently, but I spied some wrinkled silver fabric.

So I made one. I don't have a good picture of it. But I just made it, shortened it, gave it a drawstring waist, and ta-da! I had a skirt I could poof out under my corset. Who needs a hem for goth night? Not me! I also worse a scoop-neck blouse and the usual tube top beneath (it keeps my nipples in check with the corset. and i wore my buckle-zipper mary janes.

I've been too tired (slept over 12 hours!) to edit piccies, but I have a couple up.

and I also have a picture of a certain man in a bra, for those who know him and want to see. i won't give it out to the whole world, though, as i'm not sure how much he'd appreciate that, seeing as how he was probably pretty inebriated.

i have other pictures. they'll eventually get edited. i think that i'll be more amenable to doing this stuff when i have broadband. i don't mind editing now, but uploading is a chore.

oh... and the peasant top... i had fun teasing TR with it. i made all suggestive, like i was going to flash them... then pulled it down and revealed .... my tank top. Stu accused me of cheating. woohoo!

i think i should try to sleep now. sleep is good.
