well, i posted it as blather, but it's basically a journal entry...
my parents are going to blame me for this weather.
today it didn't hit 70, but the water was a cozy 75 degrees... so, i dove into the high tide about a half hour before sunset... i swam around, got sand in my suit when i experienced the tumbling action that is the coast of florida... and then ran for the sheet boy was holding open.
hey, at least i had the foresight to don my swimsuit before i went to the beach. it took me all of 30 seconds to get my sandals, skirt, sweater set, and slip off. my experience backstage is useful, afterall.
tomorrow, the weatherman says we'll get rain (it stormed all night last night)... it's in the 40s right now... much like DC when we left. the first few days we were here were hot and humid...
tomorrow i leave lake worth and head for sebring... boy is hoping to see a bog monster near okeechobee. i might just feed a bog monster.
and boy is trying to make me regret my gift of a cheap ikea harmonica. i love his cacaphony, however, and only encourage him to communicate in some horribly high two-tone pitch.
